Our Eighteenth Month - Feb 2020

We're excited to be able to offer more value than ever before to our clients

As I sit here to write the February 2020 blog, two thirds of the way through March (sorry!) it's really quite hard to throw my mind back to last month just due to the sheer volume of changes over the last couple of weeks - but more comments on March, in the March blog (it'll be on time, no shortage of comments to be made in regards to this month haha).

February was a really full on month for listings and selling, and just for activity in general. Our collaboration project with Tom Haydock at Lavish Constructions was finishing up and there was a heap of planning going into the proper release of it to the buying public; beyond that there was great activity on the sales front with six new contracts signed. Our business currently aims for 53 sales annually, with a truly considered approach on all of them - so writing six sales, is slightly above what our goals are for each calendar month.

Our main news and excitement in February was the commitment from Louise Duffield from Interior Devine to join our team, full time. You've probably seen our other announcements by now, but if not; Louise has been our go to home stylist for a number of years now and in my opinion is truly gifted in that field. Louise had been providing her services to a large number of real estate agents in town up until now - so we feel that having Louise in our team and exclusive to our clients is a huge advantage for our sellers. Not to mention, we can now spend even more time with sellers before sale, when they need the most support and we can now style properties at far more affordable rates for our sellers.

We're excited to be able to offer more value than ever before to our clients. Being seen as a value add, rather than a cost - is super important to me.
