Our Twenty-Seventh Month - Nov 2020

It seems the supply and demand across nearly all sectors of the market is creating some stress among motivated buyers and tenants

The pace of the market continued, potentially even got faster as we began to approach the Christmas period in the property market; with the angst from buyers trying to find a home to buy (or a rental to rent) heightening even further. It seems the supply and demand across nearly all sectors of the market is creating some stress among motivated buyers and tenants.

Our little team had another productive month, with another 11 contracts negotiated and signed - peaking our current deal list at 25 current contracts before they all started to settle in alignment with their contract conditions. 25 sets of buyers and sellers, combined with the current challenges around lending timeframes and building/pest inspection timeframes; makes for plenty of logistical challenges - something I'm always proud that we do our best to help with, as we try to make peoples moves as painless as possible.

Rounding out the end of the month, numbers wise; we'd already reached the quarterly target we'd set ourselves and further to that - we'd exceeded our previous personal best quarter (which was set during 2017 at my time at Belle Property). All with another month of time to go in the quarter. I think these measures really reflect the strength of the market right now. I remember how busy my little team was back in 2017, doing more in a month less time blows my mind.
