Kearneys Spring

A rapidly expanding suburb, with ‘pockets’ of both newer & more established residential developments, Kearneys Spring is divided into western & eastern portions, separated by the wetlands formed by West Creek.

The suburb was named for a family who had a dairy farm in the area. An early irrigation scheme consisting of wooden pipes transported water from the springs, providing Toowoomba's water supply. 

With its easy access to the CBD, a range of shopping centres, take-away food options, an abundance of parklands, sporting fields, churches & healthcare, coupled with central proximity to a number of schools & the university in bordering suburbs, Kearneys Spring is often a popular choice for families and long term tenants.
